Still have problems with my feet in them. Left felt okay, a little pressure round the heel. Right went a little numb with a tingly sensation (like little needles? Ants? Don't know how to say that in English. In German it would be "fühlte sich an wie eingeschlafen"). Maybe I laced them too tight? A metronome app specifically for runners where you can set the duration and intensity (e.g. 1 min 180 BPM and 2 min 160 BPM)? Kaneda_runs 🏃‍♂️🌱🚴‍♂️🎮 🏳️‍🌈<p>Nur 500m um mit dem natural running zu beginnen. Sehr langsam steigern. Pro Lauf sind 100m Steigerung geplant. Ganz vorsichtig, ganz langsam.
