I started this painting a long while ago, but finally finished it recently! I adore the Sword in the Stone film - especially Archimedes. It was fun to try to capture his expression!

Second photo is the reference from the 1963 Disney film. So many great artists on that crew and Bill Peet's work is a big fave!
